I have been anxiously waiting for this book to come out! I love this series and can not get enough of their journey from the exiled park shifters.
This book was Jordan's story, a Lynx shifter.
She is pulled in to pack business, as an exiled shifter. She doesn't want to be involved, as her past with Alphas leaves her not wanting to help August, a nearby pack's alpha. However, for her friend Sienna, she will help.
This has set about a domino effect of her being pulled into an upcoming war between packs, where her and her love interest, Everett are right in the middle of their plans.
Her and Everett are complicated though. He is a human and she has to keep her being a shifter a secret, or she could jeopardize his life.
She has put the stop on their relationship and pulled away from him. This was detrimental in Everett's safety. This allowed him to be targeted without anyone knowing.
Will the other pack succeed in their plan to take over August's pack and land?
The Exiles will play a huge role for not being a part of the pack. Can they help save everyone from an upcoming war?
Can Jordan save Everett before its too late?
What will the complications be for them. Could he be lost forever?
This was a captivating novel. I loved the characters and was so excited to hear from Sienna and August as much as they appeared. I love this group and was excited Darcy made an appearance as well!
I am now on pins and needles for Reece's story!!!
